We operate in accordance with the 5th and 6th articles of the Law, depending on the purposes determined in the Policy, especially the recruitment application, selection, placement and employment contract processes.
During the periods stipulated in the Storage and Destruction Policy, we carefully protect it by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures, and delete, destroy or anonymize your application in case of a negative result.
We take the necessary technical and administrative security measures and make controls to protect it.
For the purposes specified above, we can share it with real persons or private law legal entities, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, and board members.
Urartu Göz has video camera systems to control security, entrances and exits. During the time you spend in the workplace, it is recorded indoors and outdoors, and can be followed by third parties determined by the managers with video recording systems. We notify you of your job application results through your contact information if you allow electronic messages.
You can make your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law “regulating the rights of the person concerned” by submitting the Application Form to Urartu Göz as set out in the Policy.
